University of London

Internationally respected legal education

The University of London is a federation of 18 world-class colleges and 10 specialist institutes, trusted worldwide for academic rigor. Newcastle Law Academy brings the LLB (Hons) to Dhaka with tailored tuition, exam prep, and pastoral care.

You study the same syllabi as students in the UK but with local support: curated study plans, weekly workshops, and digital resources. Our 85%+ pass rate proves students thrive under this blended approach.

Examination sessions take place with the British Council in Dhaka, and each successful student receives a University of London degree or diploma directly from the awarding body.

The hero image previously highlighted a stately London façade—consider it a reminder of the global campus you join while staying in Dhaka. Here is what that experience reflects:

  • Study materials engineered by the University of London, delivered with NLA’s mentorship.
  • Live webinars and revision sessions that simulate the same environment as the UK cohort.
  • A focus on moots and advocacy clinics so you can articulate the same clarity expected in London.

Programme Structure

Comprehensive curriculum & pathways

The 3-year programme covers legal system and method, contract, criminal, tort, equity, public law, EU law, jurisprudence, and optional subjects. Newcastle Law Academy layers workshops, exam question banks, and tutor clinics on top of the official syllabi.

Students can continue with LLM, BTT, APC, or pursue international transfers after this award with strong academic and advocacy foundations.

The original classroom image captured collaborative study—expect the same collaborative energy in our tutorials. That means:

  • Peer review sessions where you exchange written opinions and critique each other’s reasoning.
  • Weekly question banks tied to advocacy drills so every subject feels relevant to barrister training.
  • Access to the NLA library and digital archive while you map your progress towards the Bar.
