Since 1999, Newcastle Law Academy has guided Bangladeshi students through UK legal education and on towards the Bar. NLA is a University of London Recognised Teaching Centre, providing face-to-face tuition and support for students of the University of London LLB at our Dhanmondi campus. Students are registered with the University of London, which is the awarding body for the qualification.
Our history with the University of London
Newcastle Law Academy (NLA) was established in Dhaka in 1999 to provide tuition support to students of the University of London's undergraduate laws programmes. In 2009 NLA was recognised by the University of London as a Registered Centre for the LLB and the Diploma in Law.
Today NLA is a University of London Recognised Teaching Centre for the LLB, the Certificate of Higher Education in Common Law and the Graduate Diploma in Commercial Law, providing high-quality, face-to-face tuition and support for students enrolled on University of London programmes. Students are registered with the University of London, which is the awarding body for the qualification.
